Paper-hand Tax

PreviousClaim TaxNextTokenomics

Last updated 3 years ago

$OXY holders that sell their tokens after a long period of holding will enjoy low (or no) sale tax, whereas $OXY holders that sell their token quickly will incur a higher sale tax. This tax discourages paper-hands while supplementing the reward pool.

Discouraging short term holders (Paper-Hands Tax):

Oxy-Node Holders that claim their rewards quickly will incur a Paper-Hands Tax. The Paper-Hands Tax starts at 20% and incrementally reduces to 0% after holding the $OXY for four weeks.

Please note: Paper-Hands Tax resets to 20% when rewards are claimed - the holding timetable begins again and will reduce to 0% four weeks after rewards are claimed.
